Refund and cancellation policy
All Ten8 plans are one-time payments and are non-refundable once the payment is successful. This is shown on the payment screen in the app before you pay.
| Plan | Price | Length |
|---|---|---|
| Full programme | ₹6,000, paid once (1 month free) | 4 months |
| 1 month | ₹2,000, paid once | 1 month |
Cancellation
- There is no auto-pay and no subscription to cancel. We never charge you again automatically, and nothing renews unless you choose to buy a new plan.
- You can stop using Ten8 at any time. Your plan stays active until its end date, which is shown in the app (Profile → My plan).
- Stopping early, missing classes or deleting your account does not give a refund for the unused time.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. The only exceptions are payment errors on our side, which we always fix:
- You were charged twice for the same plan.
- Money left your account but your plan was not activated.
- You were charged the wrong amount.
In these cases we either activate your plan or refund the extra amount to the original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking or wallet) within 7 working days of confirming the error. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Failed or pending payments
- Payment failed: if a payment fails, your plan is not activated. If money was taken from your account, it is returned automatically to the original payment method by your bank or our payment partner, Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. You can try paying again in the app.
- Payment pending (for example a UPI request you have not approved yet): the app waits for the payment to complete. If it has not gone through after 10 minutes, check your UPI app or bank, then try again.
- Money taken but plan not active: write to us (below) and we will activate your plan or refund you.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
