Ten8 is operated by Ten8 Health Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. Our platform provides personalised yoga-based wellness programs for women managing hormonal health conditions including PCOS, period pain, menopause, and related concerns.

Information you give us directly:

• Name, phone number (WhatsApp), and email address — collected at sign-up to contact you when your spot opens
• Health condition and symptoms — selected during onboarding to build your personalised program
• Cycle data — last period date and cycle length, used to predict your next cycle and schedule check-ins
• Weekly and monthly check-in responses — energy, sleep, mood, pain scores, and period data used to generate your progress reports
• Preferred class timing — used to schedule your sessions

Information collected automatically:

• Device type and browser, for technical support only
• Pages visited on our site, to improve user experience
• UTM parameters if you arrived via an ad, to measure campaign performance

We use your information solely to:

• Build and personalise your 12-week yoga program based on your condition and baseline
• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports comparing your check-in data over time
• Notify you via WhatsApp or email when your waitlist spot opens, and send class reminders
• Send period check-in prompts around your expected cycle dates
• Improve the Ten8 platform using aggregated, anonymised usage data

We do not use your health data for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose beyond delivering your program.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted within India. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for sensitive health data at rest.

Access to your health information is restricted to Ten8 team members who need it to operate the service — instructors see only your condition and program details, not your personal contact information.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain records.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers — cloud hosting, messaging (WhatsApp Business API), and analytics tools, bound by data processing agreements
• Certified instructors — limited to your condition, program week, and class schedule. No contact details are shared
• Legal authorities — only if required by Indian law or a valid court order

All third-party providers we work with are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.

The health and cycle information you share with Ten8 is treated as sensitive personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). We collect this data only with your explicit consent, given when you complete the onboarding questionnaire.

You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at privacy@ten8.health. Withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to provide the service.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct — update inaccurate or incomplete information
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data
• Withdraw consent — stop us from processing your health data at any time
• Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our Data Protection Officer

We use minimal cookies — only what is necessary to keep you logged in and measure basic site traffic (page views, session duration). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this will not affect your ability to use the Ten8 service.

Ten8 is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
